In addition, the concourse will also feature gaming consoles where fans can play NBA 2K and a variety of local vendors from Craft Vintage Market.

A joint venture between the NBA and Take-Two Interactive, the NBA 2K League includes 25 teams, each comprised of five players competing as unique custom avatars, participating in a series of remote and in-person tournaments for a chance to win a portion of the $2.5 million total prize pool. For the first time, the 2023 season is separated into 3v3 and 5v5 halves. The live contest between Hornets Venom GT and Celtics Crossover Gaming is part of the group play portion of THE TURN, which is one of the tournaments that make up the 5v5 BANNER CHAIN SERIES Powered by AT&T and has a $250,000 prize pool. Notably, Hornets Venom GT won THE TURN in 2021, marking the team’s only in-season tournament win since joining the league in 2020, with guard Craig “rigby” Burnett Jr. becoming the first rookie to be named MVP of the event.
