Connectivity Solutions Supplier Becomes First Partner Exclusive to Hornets Venom GT
July 19, 2023 – Hornets Venom GT, the official NBA 2K League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, announced today a multi-year partnership with Charlotte-based Neutrik Americas, a leading supplier of professional connectivity solutions. The collaboration marks the first partnership that is exclusive to Hornets Venom GT and will help ensure reliable, robust connectivity for the multitude of electronic equipment utilized by the esports team.

Neutrik’s support will help propel our NBA 2K League team forward and enhance the overall online experience for our players and fans.”
In addition to being designated a Proud Partner of Hornets Venom GT, Neutrik becomes the entitlement sponsor of the team’s gaming studio, with branding elements featured in-studio and at future in-person activations. The deal also features in-game virtual branding elements, including courtside LED signage, and a Neutrik-sponsored “Venom GT Wins” social media series.

To tip off the strategic partnership, Neutrik Americas Senior Customer Solution Engineer Mark Boyadjian took part in a discussion about the evolution of esports at a Buzz City Exchange event held at Spectrum Center prior to Hornets Venom GT’s live, in-person game on June 26. Boyadjian shared, “With gaming and esports growth set to reach and exceed the numbers experienced by traditional sports, partnering with Hornets Venom GT was a no-brainer.
