HORNETS VENOM GT ACQUIRES NO. 6 PICK IN 2024 NBA 2K LEAGUE DRAFT, TRADES GUARD RYAN “RYAN1OF1” HARRIS TO DUX INFINITOS

January 4, 2024 – Hornets Venom GT, the official NBA 2K League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, today announced that the team has acquired the No. 6 pick in the 2024 NBA 2K League Draft from Dux Infinitos in exchange for guard Ryan “Ryan1of1” Harris.
Hornets Venom GT acquired Ryan1of1 from Lakers Gaming in September 2023 in a three-team trade in which the team also received the No. 8 pick in the 2024 NBA 2K League Draft from Lakers Gaming and a second-round pick in the 2025 NBA 2KL Draft from Raptors Uprising GC, in exchange for sending guard Antoine “antoinelove” Times and a 2025 third-round draft pick to Raptors Uprising and the No. 23 pick in the 2024 Draft to Lakers Gaming. Hornets Venom GT then traded the No. 8 pick to Pistons GT in a separate three-team trade in which the team acquired forward Lawrence “LawRich” Jordan from NBL Oz Gaming.
Hornets Venom GT now holds the sixth, 14th and 17th selections in the 2024 NBA 2K League Draft, which will be held on Thursday, January 11, at 7 p.m. and air live on the NBA 2K League’s Twitch and YouTube channels. The three draft picks will join center Kingsley “Crown” Braggs and forward Xavier “Big Saint” St. John on Hornets Venom GT’s roster.
