HORNETS VENOM GT ACQUIRES NO. 17 PICK IN 2024 NBA 2K LEAGUE DRAFT, 2025 FIRST-ROUND PICK FROM GEN.G TIGERS

Team Trades Forward Lawrence “LawRich” Jordan, 2025 Second-Round Pick To Gen.G

January 4, 2024 – Hornets Venom GT, the official NBA 2K League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, today announced that the team has acquired the No. 17 pick in the 2024 NBA 2K League Draft and a first-round pick in the 2025 NBA 2K League Draft from Gen.G Tigers in exchange for forward Lawrence “LawRich” Jordan and Raptors Uprising GC’s second-round pick in the 2025 NBA 2K League Draft.

Hornets Venom GT acquired LawRich from NBL Oz Gaming in September 2023 in a three-team trade in which the team sent the No. 8 pick in the 2024 NBA 2K League Draft to Pistons GT.

 Hornets Venom GT now holds the 14^th and 17^th picks in the 2024 NBA 2K League Draft, which will be held on Thursday, January 11, at 7 p.m. and air live on the NBA 2K League’s Twitch and YouTube channels.
