Hornets Venom GT Acquires Forward Xavier “Big Saint” St. John, Two NBA 2K League Draft Picks in Multi-Team Trade

December 9, 2022 – Hornets Venom GT, the official NBA 2K League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, today announced that the team has acquired forward Xavier “Big Saint” St. John and NBL Oz Gaming’s 2024 first-round draft pick from Cavs Legion GC, along with the No. 45 selection in the 2023 NBA 2K League Draft from 76ers GC, as part of a multi-team trade that also includes Magic Gaming. In exchange, Hornets Venom GT sends the No. 14 pick in the 2023 NBA 2K League Draft to Cavs Legion GC and center Damon “DJ” Jones and its 2024 second-round draft pick to 76ers GC.

Big Saint joins forward Kingsley “Crown” Braggs and guard CJ “rigby” Burnett Jr. on Hornets Venom GT’s roster. The team also owns the 10th and 45th picks in the 2023 NBA 2K League Draft.
