HORNETS VENOM GT ACQUIRES FORWARD LAWRENCE “LAWRICH” JORDAN FROM NBL OZ GAMING IN THREE-TEAM TRADE

September 28, 2023 – Hornets Venom GT, the official NBA 2K League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, today announced that the team has acquired forward Lawrence “LawRich” Jordan from NBL Oz Gaming and sent the No. 8 pick in the 2024 NBA 2K League Draft to Pistons GT in a three-team trade, in which NBL Oz Gaming also receives Ja’Ron “BagMotion” Baylor and the No. 19 pick from Pistons GT and sends the No. 3 pick to Pistons GT.
A member of the 2023 NBA 2K League All-Rookie Team, LawRich was selected by NBL Oz Gaming with the 24th overall pick in the 2023 NBA 2K League Draft. In 28 5v5 games, he averaged 7.5 points, 1.1 rebounds, 0.9 steals and 0.8 assists, while shooting 59.5% from the field and 53.6% from beyond the three-point line, helping NBL Oz Gaming to the Eastern Conference Championship.
LawRich joins center Kingsley “Crown” Braggs, guard Ryan “Ryan1of1” Harris and forward Xavier “Big Saint” St. John on Hornets Venom GT’s roster. The team also holds the No. 16 selection in the 2024 NBA 2K League Draft.
